壁紙が汚いけど張替えどきは？
部屋全体のリフォームの頻度は、水回りや外壁であれば10 〜 20年毎に、ドアや窓などの建具は20 〜 30年毎にリフォームをお勧めしますが
部屋の使用頻度や使い方湿気の有無などで変わってきます。
カビの生えやすい北側は５年〜７年程度の短い期間になるかと思います。また一度実施したら終わりではなく、同じサイクルでリフォームを実施していく必要があります。目安としては部屋全体のリフォームについては、目安としては築10年から15年程度とされています。
カビの生えやすい部屋は壁の中にグラスウールなどを充填してカビを生えにくくしてからクロスを貼り替えたほうが快適な部屋になります。
